The first floor living, kitchen and dining are entirely open with plenty of room to relax and socialize. The first floor includes a large master king bed suite with a private full bathroom and a 12 foot slider out to the deck. The first floor also has a second bathroom , and a den/study room with a pull out sleep sofa. The second floor has three bedrooms two of which have queen beds (one with a private full bathroom), and a twin bedroom that can easily be set up as a king bedroom. Enjoy sitting on your own private beach where chairs or loungers await you, relaxing or dining on the south facing large private waterfront deck, unwinding around a gas fireplace in your own private courtyard, or rocking on the front porch overlooking Pilgirm Lake.
